Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Chatalott to send unsolicited bulk messages, commercial offers to people who haven't opted in, or any communication that would violate CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU), or any other applicable anti-spam law.

You must have a legitimate business relationship or explicit consent with every contact in your Client Vault that you message through the platform. If a recipient asks to be removed, remove them the same day.

Do not use Chatalott to create, store, transmit, or schedule:

• Illegal goods or services (controlled substances, weapons, regulated professional advice without a license, counterfeit items).
• Sexually explicit material, especially anything depicting minors — we report all such content to NCMEC immediately.
• Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or threats targeting any person or group.
• Malware, phishing links, deceptive financial schemes (pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick offers, unlicensed securities).
• Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance without the required licensing.
• Political disinformation or content designed to influence elections without clear sponsor disclosure.
• Content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.

Our Offer Lab and Creative Studio use third-party AI providers (Groq, Fal.ai). You are fully responsible for the output you generate and publish. The following AI uses are prohibited:

• Deepfakes or impersonations of real people without consent.
• Fabricated reviews, testimonials, or endorsements.
• Attempts to jailbreak, extract system prompts, or bypass safety guardrails.
• Generation of content depicting non-consensual intimate imagery, violence against real persons, or CSAM.

We log and review AI prompts that trigger safety filters. Repeat violations will result in the feature being disabled on your account.

Do not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities outside of our responsible-disclosure program.
• Interfere with other users, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or circumvent quota/billing controls.
• Use the API to build a competing product that resells Chatalott's core features.
• Create accounts using disposable, throwaway, or stolen email addresses.

The Postalott extension automates posting on Facebook through the normal web interface. When you use it, you must comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. You may not use it to post spam, hate speech, or to operate fake accounts. Facebook may, at its sole discretion, suspend or ban accounts that use automation — you accept that risk.

Self-referrals, referral stacking, wash-trading, undisclosed paid promotion, or any manipulation designed to generate commissions you didn't genuinely earn will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and program disqualification. See the Terms of Service Section 6 for the full program rules.

If you see content or behavior on Chatalott that violates this policy, email abuse@chatalott.com. Include the account, URL, or content in question. We review every report within 2 business days.

We may take any of the following actions for a violation: private warning, temporary feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination. For severe violations (CSAM, credible threats, fraud) we will terminate immediately and report to law enforcement.

Good-faith mistakes get a warning and a chance to fix the content. Repeated or malicious violations do not.
